Westchester Oil Recycling Program
The first local catering company to enroll in this important program, Caperberry Events recycles its oil to be used
in buses and other vehicles that serve Westchester County. Many of our customers called us to say they saw
the story on Channel 12 news.
Environmentally Safe Cleaning
We avoid using solvents that harm the environment and use cleaning products made from natural ingredients,
such as orange peel.
Compostable Plastic Plates
To keep the environment healthy at outdoor events like barbecues, Caperberry Events provides plateware made completely from sugar cane and corn starch. These completely natural products are fully biodegradable, and leave no residue.

Caperberry Events is proud to have been a national finalist for the
catersource Achievement of Catering Excellence (ACE) Awards for
the Northeast region. catersource is an organization of over 4,000
caterers nationwide, and the ACE Award recognizes those who not
only perform at a high level, but also demonstrate involvement in
their communities.
